What We Do

Betty's Buddies was established when a group of family and friends got together to honor Betty and support her during her battle with lung cancer. Betty found herself in the hospital during her illness and was amazed nothing was provided to keep her head warm after her chemo-related hair loss.  We went out and bought her a knit hat, and immediately knew something more needed to be done.  Although those days in the hospital were among her last few, Betty was busy deciding Betty's Buddies should provide hats for other cancer patients.  We are proud to be able to fulfill her wishes and supply hats to those in need. We know Betty is smiling down on us as we provide these hats and share her story.  We welcome you as one of Betty's Buddies!
